1. GENERAL INFORMATION
All readings are intended for entertainment and personal insight purposes only.
They should not be used as a substitute for medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice.

I do not provide:

Pregnancy or fertility predictions
Legal advice
Gambling or lottery readings
By purchasing, you acknowledge these limitations.

 
2. AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be 18+ to purchase a reading, OR have verified parental permission.
By booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

 
3. TYPES OF READINGS OFFERED
A. Private Email Readings
Delivered via email on the specific date and time slot selected at checkout.
These readings are private and confidential.

B. TikTok Live Readings
Delivered during a public TikTok livestream, where other viewers may see or hear the reading.
By booking, you understand TikTok Live readings are not private.

C. Live Chat Private Readings
Delivered through private live chat at the scheduled date and time chosen at checkout.
The customer is responsible for selecting the correct time slot.

 
4. DELIVERY OF SERVICES
Private Email Readings:
Delivered on the scheduled date/time chosen at checkout.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct time slot.
Live Chat Private Readings:
Delivered through private chat at the scheduled time selected at checkout.
Must be booked in advance.
TikTok Live Readings:
Delivered during an active TikTok livestream.
If a customer cannot listen due to work or another reason, they may request to have their reading done later during the same day or the next available Live, at my discretion.
The reading is considered delivered once it has been completed live at the rescheduled time.
 
5. RESCHEDULING POLICY
Private Email & Live Chat Readings:
Rescheduling is allowed before the reading has begun.

TikTok Live Readings:
If a customer cannot be present or listen at the scheduled time (work, interruptions, etc.), I allow rescheduling within the same day or the next available livestream.
Rescheduling beyond that is not guaranteed and is at my discretion.

 
6. NO REFUNDS POLICY
All sales are final.
There are no refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

Missed Lives
Dissatisfaction with the message
Change of mind
Misunderstanding of service type
Failure to review Terms of Service
By booking, you fully accept and agree to this no-refund policy.

7. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to:

Disrespectful, rude, or aggressive behavior
Violating boundaries
Inappropriate or prohibited questions
Asking about pregnancy, legal matters, or gambling
Energy, behavior, or communication that feels unsafe or uncomfortable
Suspected fraudulent or deceptive activity
Disruption of TikTok Live sessions or chat environments
I also reserve the right to block, mute, or remove anyone from TikTok Live or private communication if their behavior violates boundaries or disrupts the environment.
Blocking or removal is at my sole discretion and does not entitle the customer to a refund.

 
8. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY WAIVER
By booking a reading, you acknowledge:

All readings are for entertainment and personal insight only
You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken after the reading
You cannot hold The Tarot Diamond liable for outcomes, emotions, or consequences related to your reading
You agree to release me from any legal claims arising from your purchase or interpretation of the reading.

 
9. AGREEMENT
By booking a service, you confirm that:

You are 18+ or have parental permission
You understand whether your reading is public (TikTok Live) or private
You have read and agreed to the Terms of Service
You accept the no-refund policy
You understand the nature and limitations of the services provided
If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase a reading.
